AI & Responsible Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 18 August 2026 · HIZOVAS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, India
Zovas seeks to make the nature and limitations of AI-assisted guidance understandable to users rather than presenting probabilistic outputs as certainty.
How guidance is produced
Zovas generates guidance using a combination of:
- ·Artificial intelligence and machine learning
- ·Statistical methods and pattern analysis
- ·Behavioural information you record
- ·Your feedback on whether guidance matched your day
- ·Information you provide during onboarding and daily use
- ·Other computational techniques
Limits you should know
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable in particular circumstances.
Zovas does not guarantee that any prediction, recommendation, timing, score, insight or suggested action will occur or produce a particular outcome.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions.
Zovas should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice in areas requiring a qualified professional, including medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment and tax matters.
Transparency principles
- ·Guidance is expressed in likelihoods, not certainties
- ·Zovas indicates when the available record is insufficient for a reliable conclusion
- ·Confidence and the evidence behind statements are shown inside the product
- ·Guidance changes as more information becomes available
Training and your data
Zovas does not sell personal data, and does not use identifiable personal information to train general-purpose AI models unless such use is separately disclosed and permitted by applicable law and, where required, based on an appropriate consent or other lawful basis.
Responsible use by you
- ·Treat guidance as one input among several, not as instruction
- ·Seek qualified help for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical matters
- ·Do not use Zovas to make decisions about other people without their knowledge
- ·Report guidance that seems harmful or wrong so we can review it
Future capabilities
Zovas may introduce additional AI-assisted interfaces over time. Where a new capability requires materially different categories of personal data, device permissions or processing purposes, appropriate additional notice will be given and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained before it is enabled.
